The penthouse is only minutes away from the seafront by foot and is fully airconditioned and equipped and furnished to accommodate tourists and business trips alike. The penthouse forms part of a quiet residential block of 9 apartments and is served with a lift reaching the 4th floor. One would need to take one more flight of stairs to reach the penthouse on the 5th floor. Therefore we do not recommend this accommodation to people who have difficulty with walking.
The penthouse has mounted AC units in the living area and both bedrooms for cooling and heating and there are additional fans and heating elements as well. The apertures are double glazed making the internal space a quiet environment. The beds have quality mattrasses and duvets for optimal sleeping comfort. The sizes of the mattrasses are 155 x 190 cm and 150 x 190 cm. The penthouse is further equiped with a washer-dryer combo, drying rack, iron and iron board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, built in fridge/freezer, built in oven, induction hob, hob extractor, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. and there are extra blankets for a cozy evening in the sofa. There is a fast WiFi internet connection and extra office chair for those who wish to work during their stay. The dining table is extendable.
The lay-out is in the form of a hallway from the entrance door leading to a front terrace and an open living, dining and kitchen area with access to both bedrooms and bathroom. The penthouse has a back terrace with an inbuild laundry unit. The back terrace is accessible from both the bedrooms.
This property is managed by DeVink Estates. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information.
We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff’ own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online.
Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not.
Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. Storage in the property (before check-in or after check-out) is not possible. We offer practical information such as where to find the lugguge storage terminals, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc. upon booking confirmation.
Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers.

Please note that cleaning fee includes the cleaning, stocking and supply of clean bedlinen and towels and garbage collection. This means that guests are offered the apartment in a clean state with fresh bedlinen, towels and the above mentioned stocking of the apartment. Guests can book additional cleaning, fresh bedlinen and towels and garbage collection and re-stocking of the apartment during their stay at an additional cleaning fee.
We offer the rent of a baby cot and high chair at €20 per stay.
At DeVink Estates we apply the following terms & conditions for all our holiday/short term rental properties. Cancellation policy: Full refund of total booking amount if cancelled within 48 hours after the booking provided that the check-in date is at least 14 days after the booking date. A 50% refund on the price for staying nights applies if the cancellation is requested after 48 hours after the booking and the check-in date is at least 14 days after the cancellation date. A 25% refund on the price of staying nights applies after if the cancellation is requested after 48 hours after the booking and the check-in date is within 14 days of the cancellation date. The total security amount will be refunded in full for any cancellation request. Security Deposit: For each booking we reserve the right to charge guests up to 150 EURO for damages, missing items, extra cleaning or dry cleaning. We authorize a third party software "SWIKLY" to request card details to secure this security deposit prior to the guests arrival.
