This 3-bedroom townhouse has 2 bathrooms and is ideal for families, couples and groups who wish to have a comfortable, relaxing and central stay. This property newly decorated is fully serviced and equipped and is operated by a property manager guaranteeing you a clean and hassle-free stay.
The townhouse is set on 3 floors having its entrance from the street level. From the entrance (ground floor) the lay-out consists of a kitchen leading to an open dining and living area. A staircase will lead to the lower and upper floor. The lower consists of a laundry area, a bathroom and a double bedroom. The upper floor consists of the master-bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an original Maltese balcony offering street views and another double bedroom. The townhouse rents fully equipped and furnished including a washing machine, wifi, a TV, fire blanket and smoke detectors in each room. Guests are provided with clean bedlinnen and an extra set of clean bedlinen, a set of clean towels, sanitary supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags etc.), washing powder and cleaning detergents and materials. Upon request, extra cleaning and laundry is provided upon extra charge of the cleaning fee.
Refundable security deposit
A security deposit of EUR 100 is to be transferred to us via bank transfer or through card payment* within 5 days after booking or within a day if you make the booking within a week of your arrival. We might ask for proof of payment if your transfer has not hit our account. Details of how to transfer the security deposit are provided via message directly after completing the booking.
*Direct credit card fees imposed by Stripe applies.
Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property, within 2 business days after your check-out.
Please note that the property is located on a street accessible by stairs only. The property has stairs to reach the bedrooms and bathroom.

Terms & Conditions
At DeVink Estates we apply the following terms & conditions for all our holiday/short term rental properties. Cancellation policy: Full refund of total booking amount if cancelled within 48 hours after the booking provided that the check-in date is at least 14 days after the booking date. A 50% refund on the price for staying nights applies if the cancellation is requested after 48 hours after the booking and the check-in date is at least 14 days after the cancellation date. A 25% refund on the price of staying nights applies after if the cancellation is requested after 48 hours after the booking and the check-in date is within 14 days of the cancellation date. The total security amount will be refunded in full for any cancellation request. Security Deposit: For each booking we reserve the right to charge guests up to 200 EURO for damages, missing items, extra cleaning or dry cleaning. We authorize a third party software "SWIKLY" to request card details to secure this security deposit prior to the guests arrival.
