For your convenience we created this online guest guide so that you can prepare for your stay and you will also see the official address and exact location of the accommodation, where to find the nearest grocery stores with opening hours, what we provide in the apartment such as towels and bedlinnen etc., check-in and check-out procedure and a lot more handy information. It might seem that it’s a lot of info, but don’t worry, you’ll find a copy of this in the apartment. We strongly suggest you have a look at it.

The property has a self check-in, the official check-in time is 4pm. You will therefore automatically receive a code to open the keybox on your arrival day at 4pm and be able to enter the apartment at anytime once you receive it.
We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4pm and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to check-in before 4pm let us know. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in.
For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff’ own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online.
By bus you need to take the bus line X2 to SanGiljan, once in SanGiljan stay in the bus to continue to Sliema and stop at Locker bus stop.
By taxi and the cost is from 15 to 30 euros. You can download Ecabs, Uber or Bolt application or order a personalised taxi directly from us below.

Please, make sure that you are at the right location before the taxi goes. Unfortunately, streets and block numbers in Malta can be confusing, even for taxi drivers.

The front of the property
– We ask you to respect the neighbours and the neighborhood in general and reduce any noise between 10PM and 8AM.
– Hosting parties and/or events is not allowed.
– Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
– You are not allowed to bring anyone to the property. Please check the number of persons you selected during the booking process. If this is incorrect or you wish to add another person let us know in advance.
– You are not allowed to move any furniture around, nor take anything from the property including towels. The towels we provide are to stay in the property, you have to bring your own beach towels or buy one upon arrival.
– Guests are asked to consume water & electricity on a fair usage policy. Kindly make sure that you have switched off water and electricity (especially the ACs) before you go out.

1 bottle of washing liquid for dishes
1 kitchen sponge
1 kitchen sponge cloth
1 tablets for washing machine or bottle of liquid dish soap when no washing machine is in the apartment.
1 bottle of hand soap for each sink

– Bed linen
– Duvet (winter time only)
– 1 hand towel and bath towel per person
Kindly note that towels provided in the apartment are for internal use only. We do not provide beach towel.

Please leave one set of key in keybox and the others on the kitchen table. We will pass for an inspection during the day. Feel free to take pictures and video of the state of the apartment on your departure.
We would like to bring to your attention that your are to follow the below garbage collection schedule and recycling scheme. To avoid complaints from neighbors and potential fines issued by government officials we ask you kindly to take good notice. The collection schedule and recycling schemes are also printed and placed in the property.

If you do NOT see any bags on the street do not place it on the street but keep in the apartment. Do not leave them in the common areas.

– Spar Sliema : Open everyday from 7am to 10pm.
– Lidl Sliema : Open Sun-Wed 7am to 7pm and Thu-Sat 7am to 10pm.
Parking
Parking is free of charge on the street. Make sure you are parked in white parking boxes and do not park in front of garages and spaces marked with yellow lines.
There is a paid public car park across the road as well. In case you don’t find parking on the street we suggest you park here. Please check on the spot to see the fees.
Bars & Restaurants
You can find a lot of choice about restaurants, pubs and shops along the Sliema promenade and all the way to Gzira.
